In three days of unforgettable adventure, we will show you everything that Istria has to offer in a different way. We have miles of experience behind us, and the nature we will introduce you to is our second home. This is a tour that will satisfy all your appetites, and all you have to do is join us.

Description:

Camping in the camp on the ridge from where there is a beautiful view of the town of Buzet and the greater part of Istria. The camp is located in the area of the airfield for paragliders, a place where fans of extreme sports gather.

First day:

After gathering at 3 pm in the town of Buzet, we start driving to the area of the westernmost mountain, the Žbevnica mountain. The area of Žbevnica is almost entirely a spacious meadow, and the view from the top is unobstructed in all directions, so that in good weather you can see the Alps, and if we are lucky, even Venice, the vistas towards the entire Istrian peninsula are especially impressive.

At the end of the tour, we go to the camp, followed by dinner and hanging out with the other participants.

Second day:

In the morning, after breakfast, we set out on the roads of the Ćićarija and Učka massifs, located along the coast of the northern Adriatic, from where there are beautiful views towards Istria, Kvarner and the Kvarner islands.

In addition to the pleasure of driving, we will also enjoy the gastronomy of a local restaurant in order to rest and refresh ourselves for further exploration of Istria.

With a few more short stops at viewpoints, we reach the highest olive grove in Istria, the Komarija OPG, which is located at 455m above sea level and has over 1,500 olive trees. In addition to tastings of top varieties of olive oils, dinner awaits us at OPG, as well as tastings of local cured meats (Istrian prosciutto, sausages, pancetta…) and cheese products, as well as wine and brandy.

After dinner, return to the camp and hang out.

Third day:

After breakfast, we descend to the valley of the smallest city in the world, Hum. Besides being the smallest city in the world, it is a city that delights with its architecture and picturesque streets. There is an option of visiting the city and the interactive museum in the same place, and tasting the autochthonous bisque brandy, the recipe of which originates from Hum.

The tour below includes driving through central Istria on roads that are not accessible to everyone, and lead us on an exciting Istrian adventure. We will pass over the course of the river Mirna on several occasions, enjoy driving through the mud so that our pets do not return home clean.

In the afternoon, lunch awaits us, after which we finish this unforgettable Istrian adventure.

We take you to one of the most beautiful hiking trails in central Istria, the trail of „Seven waterfalls“. In one tour, we pass as many as seven picturesque waterfalls on a path that follows the most beautiful parts of the Mirna River and its tributaries. The trail is about 15 kilometers long and circular, which means that we start on one side of the river and return on the other. Beautiful colors, incredible shapes of riverbeds, ponds, rapids and waterfalls are just some of the magical sights you will enjoy if you join us on this tour.

Kotli

Kotli is one of the unmissable Istrian destinations, a peaceful oasis that is a favorite destination for nature and hiking lovers. The village takes its name from the shape of the cauldron, which the stone limestone took after being shaped by water. For most of the year Kotli is adorned with clear turquoise water, except in summer when the heat dries them up. The river Mirna flows through the village, whose course is adorned with numerous waterfalls, and you can also see the restored old mill that reminds of the days when Kotli was famous for its millers.

Učka Nature Park includes the mountain of the same name and part of the area of Ćićarija. It is located along the northern Adriatic coast at one of the northernmost points of the Mediterranean and connects Istria and the continental part of Croatia. On top of Vojak there is a tower, the protective symbol of Učka, from which there is a magnificent 360° view of Istria, Rijeka, the Kvarner islands, the Platak ski resort. Vojak is also the highest peak of Učka and the highest peak of the Istrian peninsula, rising 1401 meters above the sea.

On this tour, get to know the prominent peak of Žbevnica, the westernmost Croatian 1,000-meter peak, located at 1,014 m above sea level. Almost the entire part of Žbevnica is a spacious meadow, and the view from the top is unobstructed in all directions, so that in good weather you can see the Alps, and if you’re lucky, even Venice, the vistas towards the entire Istrian peninsula are especially striking.
